Layaway Terms:
Our layaway plan is for up to 3 months (Approx. 33% each month). You may payoff your layaway anytime before due date. Once we receive your layaway and deposit, you will receive a confirmation via e-mail and your item/items will be placed on hold. For every payment received, an update will be made to your personal webpage showing the payment and new balance. Once the layaway is paid in full an invoice will be included with your items when shipped.

Layaway Policy:
Available on all items in the costume section.

A 34% deposit is required at the time the layaway is opened.

33% is due on the 1st of each month.

There is a $10.00 service charge and a 10% restocking fee for all canceled layaways.

If you have not paid for the layaway in full within 3 months of opening the layaway, the layaway will be considered to be forfeited. This means that any money paid towards the layaway will be lost and the product will be made available for sale once again.

Layaways placed for Christmas delivery must be paid for by Dec. 1st. in order to guarantee timely delivery.

Layaway Payment Policy:
On the first of each month, you are required to visit your personal web page that will allow you to pay for your item. This web page will list all the items you have placed on layaway, the current amount paid, and the current amount due.

Layaway Payment Options:
You may pay via PayPal, Credit Card, Personal check, Cashier's check, Money order.

Those using PayPal or Credit Cards for payments will be charged a 3% processing fee. This fee will be calculated into the total amount and will be paid out over the next 3 months.

Fine Print:
Promotion codes and coupons cannot be used towards lay-a-way payments.

Lay-a-way payments/purchases are not eligible for promotions

At anytime, Ravena Designs can choose to change the policy. Proper notice will be given to all that have layaways in progress. Updated: March 12, 2009
