SHIPPING INFORMATION

Our US shipping schedule:

All items are listed with a weight. Our shipping is determined by the total weight of your package.

1.0lbs = $4.00
0.5lbs = $2.00

To determine your shipping cost, add the weight of each product. Once totaled, determine your cost. For Example:

Total weight = 2.5lbs
$4.00 x 2.5 = $10.00

* Virginia Residents: an additional 5% tax will be added the final total (includes shipping fee).

WHEN ORDERING MULTIPLE ITEMS:
When multiple items are ordered, the shipping cost can sometimes become highly exaggerated. Please continue through the ordering process. We will determine the correct shipping (plus handling) cost and happily refund the difference via PayPal. If paying with a credit card, we will only charge the correct shipping price to your card and send you an email with the correct total.

Types of Payment:
Payments can be made via PayPal or Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard/American Express/Discover). Continue through the checkout and the option to pay via PayPal or Credit Card will be available.

Cashier checks and money orders are also accepted; however, merchandise cannot be shipped until payment is received and funds are confirmed. All payments must be in US DOLLARS.

Sorry but C.O.D. orders cannot be accepted.

All the in-stock items will be shipped within 1 - 3 days of receiving payment & confirming funds.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

For delivery in the US:
Most U.S. orders are shipped by United States Postal Service (USPS).

Delivery for Orders:
We ship most packages priority mail unless otherwise instructed by you. Please provide special mailing instructions when submitting your request.

Secure Address/Lost Packages:
Packages from Ravena Designs do not require a signature and will be left at the shipping address. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a secure shipping address.

CANCELLATIONS

In-stock item which have been shipped cannot be cancelled.

RETURNS

Beginning July 1, 2010 - returns will no longer be honored. Any and all flaws will be described in the description so please select carefully.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to our current status, exchanges will no longer be accepted.
