SHIPPING INFORMATION
Our US shipping schedule:
All items are listed with a weight. Our shipping is determined by the total weight of your package.
1.0lbs = $4.00
0.5lbs = $2.00
To determine your shipping cost, add the weight of each product. Once totaled, determine your cost. For Example:
Total weight = 2.5lbs
$4.00 x 2.5 = $10.00
* Virginia Residents: an additional 5% tax will be added the final total (includes shipping fee).
Our International shipping schedule:

($8.00 x 2) + ($4.00 x .5) = $20.00

WHEN ORDERING MULTIPLE ITEMS:
When multiple items are ordered, the shipping cost becomes highly exaggerated. Please continue through the ordering process. We will determine what the actual shipping cost is through USPS and happily refund the difference via Paypal.

International customers: please see XE.com for an idea of current exchange rates or call your credit card company for their rate.
For the most convenient ordering, use our online shopping cart.
Types of Payment:
Payments can be made via PayPal. Continue through the checkout and the option to pay via PayPal will be available.
Cashier checks, personal checks, and money orders are also accepted; however, merchandise cannot be shipped until payment is received and funds are confirmed. All payments must be in US DOLLARS.
Sorry but C.O.D. orders cannot be accepted.

All custom-made, special, and out-of-stock orders will take 2 - 4 weeks to be shipped.
All the in-stock items will be shipped within 1 - 3 days of receiving payment & confirming funds.

Back Orders:
We receive shipments from our manufacturers overseas on a regular basis, but sometimes a particular color or size will be temporarily out of stock. If an item you have ordered is on backorder, you will receive an email from customer service.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
For delivery in the US:
Most U.S. orders are shipped by United States Postal Service (USPS).
Delivery for Orders:
We ship all packages priority mail unless otherwise instructed by you. Please provide special mailing instructions when submitting your request.
For International delivery:
Ravena Designs ships to almost every country in the world. International orders are shipped with either UPS or US Post Office depending on the items ordered.
A street address is required for delivery.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes.
Our prices do not include duties or value-added taxes. If assessed, these charges are the responsibility of the package recipient, who will be billed for them by the local Customs office. Please keep this in mind when shipping an order to a destination outside the U.S. Please contact your local customs office for more information regarding these charges.
Secure Address/Lost Packages:
Packages from Ravena Designs do not require a signature and will be left at the shipping address. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a secure shipping address.
CANCELLATIONS
In-stock item which have been shipped cannot be cancelled. You can return it, but the shipping fee will not be refunded.
Out of stock items can be cancelled within 24 hours of receiving payment. There will be a 10% charge for out of stock items cancelled after 24 hours of payment received.
RETURNS
Customer Satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund of the item's price within 10 days of receipt of your order. Shipping is non-refundable.
Please take care in packaging returns. Returns damaged in shipment back to Ravena Designs are non-refundable. Wrap the package securely. For your protection, we recommend that you obtain delivery confirmation or insurance for return shipments.
Video and CD's must be returned in their original, unopened packaging. Damaged or defective video and CD's may be exchanged for the same merchandise only.
No returns on used, altered, or damaged items. Damaged items can be returned only if the damage is the result of shipping or the manufacturer.
Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from ravenadesigns.com.
Returns received 10 days after the shipping date on the receipt are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
All products returned must be accompanied with the original receipt & the return authorization number within 3 days after receiving the authorization. To get a return authorization number, please submit your information into the return authorization form within 7 days of receiving the item.
Unauthorized returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
Returns will be processed upon receipt.

Please Note: We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. ALL SPECIAL/CUSTOM ORDERS ARE FINAL SALES and we do not process returns for these items.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Exchanges are subject to the same policies as returns. Exchanges will be automatically charged for shipping.
