Full ruffle skirt made out of soft & thin flowy cotton. This skirt flows and spins very well. The length of the skirt is 36" and the elastic fits from 28" to 48" hips. The bottom of the skirt is lined with wine colored satin with a gold design. This is a one of a kind design.
